By registering on SMMOrigins.com and using our services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions established by this policy agreement. SMMOrigins.com will not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

By registering, depositing money or placing an order with SMMOrigins, you automatically accept all the below listed terms of service weather you read them or not.


1. General


  • We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
  • You will only use the SMMOrigins website in a manner which follows all the rules of Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media sites as mentioned on their individual Terms of Service pages.
  • SMMOrigins rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.
  • SMMOrigins does not guarantee a delivery time for any of our services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SMMOrigins may not be able to cancel/refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long. If you find yourself in a situation where you want to cancel an order, you can contact us and we will cancel/refund it if possible, and if not possible then we'll tell you that we can't. The decision is up to us! But we will always try to do what you ask us to do, as long as we are able to.
  • SMMOrigins tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our customers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
  • SMMOrigins reserves the right to remove any service and change any service details without prior notice.

Disclaimer: SMMOrigins will not be held responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.

Liabilities: SMMOrigins is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or any other social media platform.


2. Service


  • SMMOrigins will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Other social media profiles, pages, posts and videos and help boost your "Appearance" only.
  • We DO NOT guarantee your new followers/likes will interact with you, we simply guarantee you will get the followers/likes you pay for.
  • We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded content, although we strive to make this the reality for all our services.
  • You will not upload anything into the SMMOrigins site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/YouTube/Other Social Media communities.
  • We provide a refill guarantee for most of our services. If we mention in the service description that a service comes with a refill guarantee, and you experience a drop within that time period, then you can contact us and we will refill the drop. If you experience a drop and the refill guarantee time has expired from the moment you placed your order, then there will be No refund and No refill. Even if you lost all followers/likes, still no refund, no refill. In case of a drop we will refill your order as soon as possible. If we fail to refill then we will refund you in site credit which you can use to buy other things on our site.
  • We can't guarantee safety for any page, profile, post or video. What we can guarantee is that we have worked with thousands of customers over the years and we never experienced a removal or any such problems, unless the client was breaking other rules and terms of service of the social media site in question. If your page/profile/post/video gets removed for any reason, it's not our fault. You buy your own risk.
  • Don't buy for the same link at the same time on a different or the same server. We can't guarantee that you will get the full amount of followers or likes if you do this. Because our servers check start and end counts, buying from multiple servers or providers at the same time can result in problems and you not receiving the full amount of whatever you purchased.
  • Orders for Private accounts, dead pages and incorrect links will be cancelled and refunded to your balance. In a few rare cases we may not be able to cancel and refund such orders! If you place an order and the profile/page/post/video you submit is Private, or doesn't exist, or the link is incorrect, we may not be able to cancel and do a full refund for the order, depending on the service you bought. Please ensure that your account is Public and the link correct before ordering.


3. Refund Policy


  • Any incomplete or undelivered order will be refunded to the user's balance to be used on SMMOrigins.com.
  • Refunds can be made to your payment method. We would prefer you to use your balance by placing orders on our site. However, if you have balance on our site that you would like refunded, please contact us and we will refund you (we reserve the right to not refund the full amount, because of bonuses you received when depositing or any fees we lost by receiving the money). 
  • You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
  • If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all current and future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any Followers/Likes/Shares/Views/Subscribers we delivered to your or you or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Other social media Accounts/Pages/Profiles/Posts/Photos/Videos.
  • Private account/post/video orders may or may not qualify for a refund/cancellation. The decision is solely up to us. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it and MAKE SURE your account/post/video is Public.
  • Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions!

4. Registration


  • By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years old or free from parental care, and that you understand and accept the conditions set forth in this Terms & Conditions agreement, and will follow them.

5. Copyright


  • You can’t copy or duplicate any text, images or software provided on the site SMMOrigins.com without the written agreement of a representative of SMMOrigins.


6. Additional Disclaimers


Client use of the services delivered from SMMOrigins is client responsibility. Neither SMMOrigins.com nor any of its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives or licensors shall be liable to you or anyone else for any loss or injury or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or similar damages arising out of client access or use of the service and the information available on the service, or arising out of any action taken in response to or as a result of any information available on the service. Clients hereby waive any and all claims against SMMOrigins.com and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives and licensors arising out of the use of the service and the information available thereon. Further, SMMOrigins.com and its affiliates reserve the right not to review or monitor any client web sites and are not responsible for the content of any such linked web sites.


7. Account Safety


By using our service you agree to not hold us responsible nor liable for any account loss (including from banning of your accounts) on any social network, ad network or other websites. By using any of our services you assume any and all risk to your website, social and other accounts. You assume full responsibility for not only the loss of any accounts, but for any loss of income that may result from using our services. We assume no liability for loss of income or assets.
